Every company is only ever as good as its people, which is why we invest heavily in continuous training and education. In fact, one fifth of every employee's time is devoted to researching the rapidly evolving search landscape and blog writing. The best blogs make it onto our award-winning blog site, which is intended as a platform to build every team members' personal brand. We'll admit that our approach is a little different from the average search marketing agency, but who wants to be average?
MediaVision is a place of great discovery (keyword and otherwise :) ) but also a place to have fun. We don't take ourselves too seriously and this results in a creatively free environment for all team members to express their ideas and conduct debates on everything from Google algo updates and site design to coffee vs. tea. (As we are an IT-related business, coffee is of course the clear winner) Communication is key and often different perspectives open up new opportunities.
We also value open communication with all our partners and clients, who have free access to upper management to discuss campaign successes and concerns. We deal with everyone in the same open and honest manner.
